Susan Harris, Senior Managing Director
Susan Harris began her career in 2000 at Charles Dunn Company and participated in the successful closing of over $100 million in transactions. In 2003, she became acquisitions manager for a Los Angeles based syndicate, but returned to brokerage in 2004 with a boutique firm in Glendale and then finally rejoined Charles Dunn for several award-winning years.
Susan specializes in representing private investors exchanging out of management intensive properties into single tenant NNN properties nationwide. Some of her many clients include A & W, Advance Auto Parts, Arby’s, Bridgestone, Firestone, Burger King, Chili’s, Henry’s Farmers Market, IHOP, Jack in the Box, Kaiser Permanente, KFC, Kiddie Academy, Long John Silver’s, PLS Check Cashers, Rite Aid, Taco Bell, Wendy’s, GE Capital Solutions and Trustreet Properties. Her efforts to help her clients succeed have earned her awards for real estate including Charles Dunn Company’s Top Ten, honorary membership in Charlie’s Club, CDC’s High Achiever Club Award and the GE Top Gun Award, as well as honors from Los Angeles Business Journal and the 17th annual Women Making a Difference.
