David Aschkenasy, Senior Managing Director
David began his career in 2004 with Domino Realty and, in 2005, joined the West Los Angeles Office of Charles Dunn Company. After earning CDC’s Rookie of the Year and a place in the coveted Charlie’s Club, David went on to sell over 100 million in commercial real estate and completed over 35 million in lease transactions. He also earned awards for Largest Sale Deal of the Year, Largest Commission of the Year, and most transactions in 2008.
David’s focus is the sale and leasing of retail and office investment properties in West Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Hollywood, Los Feliz, Silverlake, and the West side of Los Angeles. In addition to Landlord representation, David has long history of representing retailers, restaurants, and office tenants. In 2009, David joined David Ickovics in launching Commercial Asset Group—his goal, to help create an exciting real estate brokerage and management company uniquely committed to client services.
