Jason Cole began his CRE career in 2005 with the Charles Dunn Company and has been with Commercial Asset Group since its inception in 2010, specializing in the leasing and sales of office and medical buildings. With over $500 million in completed transactions, Jason has executed hundreds of sale and lease transactions while representing landlords, tenants and investors throughout West Los Angeles and the San Fernando Valley.

Among the most recent include the sale of a multi-million, office center in Burbank that has been repositioned into a Target, CVS and Starbucks, and is expected to have a major impact on the Magnolia Park district of Burbank. Other notable sales includes a medical office building in Beverly Hills for a record-setting $1,800 per square foot, only to be beaten by his 2nd record setting sale of $2,100 per square foot for a Beverly Hills Medical bldg.
A graduate of the University of Michigan, Jason lives with his wife and daughter in Encino, and is a board member of The Guardians of the LA Jewish Home, member of the University of Michigan Alumni Association, the Jewish Federation, and is actively involved with the Builders of Jewish Education.
